Shweta R. Parwani is a graduate in Commerce and Law and is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries (FCS) of India, having experience of more than 30 years in Secretarial, Corporate Law and legal matters. She is well exposed in drafting of various legal documents, agreements, petitions and applications, and liaisoning/coordinating with various government agencies viz. Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board, Reserve Bank of India, SEBI, Official Liquidator, Regional Director (North) and Trade Mark Authorities.
